You can change the address of your company any time after registration. ZCR provides a professional service to change your company address. This can usually be done within 14 working days, subject to the Companies Registry workload.
We will prepare and file the neccessary forms at the Companies Registry, and also provide all related documents such as a resolution and minutes.
The cost of our Company Name Change Service is US$55.00.

What are the laws regarding company address change?
The Companies and Other Business Entities Act Chapter (24:31) requires you to update your company address with the Companies Registry within 21 days of you changing your company address.
How ling will it take to change my company address?
It usually takes around 14 working days in total to change a company address. We will send you digital documents to sign within 1-2 working days, by email or you can come to sign at our office. Once you have confirmed to us that the documents have been signed, it will around 14 working days for your company address to change with the Companies Registry.
