What is company re-registration in Zimbabwe?
Company re-registration is the process of updating your company’s details with the Registrar of Companies as required by the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31). The company re-registration process ensures that your company’s information is current and compliant with the current Zimbabwean Laws and Regulations.
